County Farmland Rent Bids
The O’Brien County Board of Supervisors will open sealed bids at 10:00 a.m. October 27, 2026 for the rent of the O’Brien County Farm located on the N ½ of Section 5, Highland Township. The total acres are 297.43. The minimum bid will be $225.00 per acre. The lease will be for the 2027-2028 crop years. 10% of the bid for the 2027 crop year must be included with the bid in the form of a cashier’s check, and the successful bidder (if any) must also sign a lease with terms acceptable to the O’Brien County Board of Supervisors. All bids will be made public the day of the letting. The balance due for the 2027 crop year will be due on or before March 1, 2027.
