Katie F. Morgan is the O’Brien County Attorney; she has served in this elected position since January of 2023.  The primary responsibilities of Ms. Morgan and her office include prosecuting state law violations that occur within O’Brien County, providing legal advice to the O’Brien County Board of Supervisors and other county officers in regards to matters affecting O’Brien County, and appearing for the State of Iowa and O’Brien County in civil matters in which those entities may be a party.
